By accessing PrimeNest, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, hosts, and guests.
All bookings are subject to property availability. Reservations are confirmed only upon payment of the required deposit or full amount. PrimeNest acts as a facilitator between guests and property owners.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before check-in receive a full refund minus service fees. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. No-shows forfeit 100% of the booking amount.
Hosts must ensure properties match their listings, maintain cleanliness standards, provide all advertised amenities, and be available to assist guests during their stay.
Guests must respect property rules, treat the property with care, report any damage immediately, and vacate by the agreed checkout time. Any damage will be charged to the guest.
All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦). Service fees are non-refundable. Payment methods accepted include bank transfers, card payments, and USSD. PrimeNest does not store card details.
PrimeNest is not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use our platform, loss of data, or issues arising from third-party services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
